Father's day card

I started this card with two aims: one to make a Father's day card DSC00171  (hence the brown theme) and to enter this into the SCS tall card challenge. I fulfilled the first aim but not the second one. While making it I got so engrossed that I forgot one of the restrictions of the challenge which was to not use a DP! I'm happy with the way it turned out. Maybe it's a little girly but then it's from a daughter to a father so it ought to be girly :).

It's a 8.5 X 4 inch card. The flower has a pop-out.

  • Stamp: LAD's Jolies Fleur
  • CS and DP: DCWV
  • Prismacolor pencils and OMS
  • Nestabilities classic and scalloped circle, "Victorian" shape scissors
