…that’s what this card is – one card for two challenges: A spoon full of sugar – Challenge 63 and CPS 127. The SFOS called for lots of flowers and CPS had a sketch. There’s no dearth of flowers here: we have tulips, daisies and what not! :)
Doesn’t it look beautiful?!?!? The bright colors were once again achieved using blending with the pencils rather than OMS. The only place where I used the OMS is the face and hands.
